We are seeking a **Warehouse Supervisor** to join our Despatch team at **Chullora** to lead and manage despatch operations, ensuring compliance with Inchcape and Volkswagen Group Australia (VGA) standards. The role involves overseeing continuous improvement activities, managing warehouse personnel, and ensuring adherence to OHS guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely processing and compliance of outbound orders with KPIs.
- Oversee Inventory Control, Quality, and LOPA operations.
- Manage labour resources, maintaining productivity levels and budget compliance.
- Maintain equipment and monitor team KPIs.
- Conduct weekly toolbox meetings and ensure adherence to OH&S guidelines.
- Improve operational efficiency and service quality through continuous improvement initiatives.

**About you**:

- Previous warehouse supervisory experience,
- Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams, managing KPIs.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage priorities, workflow, and work under pressure.
- Strong customer focus and high attention to detail.
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office) and ability to operate a WMS.
- Forklift licence
- Experience in a 3PL environment, automotive/industrial industry experience desirable
