Niño Early Learning Adventures, centre in Preston is looking to expand their team with experienced and passionate Diploma qualified Lead Educator. This position is a permanent part time role, working 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday on a rotating roster from 6.30am to 6.30pm.

In this fun and rewarding role you will lead a team of Educators to implement Niño ELA's curriculum, at the same time as building beautiful relationships with the children in your care. Like us, you will be passionate about the everyday adventure of the early years journey and seek to inspire & create meaningful learning experiences that enable every child to grow & flourish.

**In this role your responsibilities will include**:

- Building a trusting, strong and secure relationship with both the children and families in your room.
- Coach, mentor and supervise the room's educators - embedding a culture of excellence, innovation and fun.
- Lead the implementation of our curriculum - delivering a quality education and care program for the children in the room.
- Daily management of the classroom and routines.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA approved equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the role as a Lead Educator/Room Leader within a early learning setting.
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Current First Aid and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates.
- Current Working with Children's Check.
