This is more than just a kitchen leadership role — it's an opportunity to enrich lives through food.Roster & Salary: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm, circa $90,000 with a rostered admin day off the tools on FridaysWhat you'll do:Lead and inspire a dedicated catering team to deliver high-quality, flavoursome mealsPlan and execute seasonal menus that meet residents' tastes, preferences, and dietary needsEnsure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and all relevant food safety regulationsManage budgets, ordering, and rostering while maintaining cost-efficiencyBuild strong, positive relationships with residents, their families, and the care teamWhat we're looking for:Proven experience as a Chef Manager, Head Chef, or similar leadership roleA genuine passion for food and the joy it brings to peopleStrong knowledge of aged care catering requirements, including IDDSI and specialised dietsUnderstanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and commitment to complianceExceptional communication, leadership, and organisational skillsWhat's in it for you?
