- Present ideas and progress on new features through department-wide and internal team reviews to elicit feedback.
- Define how infrastructure features will work through collaboration with engineers in design sessions, architecture diagrams, InfoSec reviews, and usability testing.
- Manage the release and sprint backlog through planning and backlog grooming, working with squad coaches, engineers, and other product managers as needed.
- Write detailed specifications for your peer product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to review and provide feedback on.
- Guide features through to completion including writing documentation, prioritization of bug fixes and enhancements, and conducting adoption analysis.
- This role is based at our office at Level 42, 25 Martin Place, Sydney. Appian was built on a culture of in-person collaboration, which we believe is a key driver of our mission to be the best. Employees hired for this position are expected to be in the office 5 days a week to foster that culture and ensure we continue to thrive through shared ideas and teamwork. We believe being in the office provides more opportunities to come together and celebrate working with the exceptional people across Appian._
