**About the Opportunity**:
The purpose of the Retail Property Designer is to design shop fit out for new and refurbishment works. This onsite role is a 12-month fixed term position based out of our Flight Centre Travel Group Head Office in South Bank, QLD.

**Primary Accountabilities & Objectives**:

- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders for package delivery
- Management and delivery of all documentation packages for each retail brand to facilitate construction
- Detailed documentation of all elements of construction required by onsite builders to build each site location
- Documentation of all aspects of retail brand designs to facilitate the drafting required to complete new, relocation, refresh and refurbishment projects

**Packages to include, but not limited to**:

- Finishes plan
- Floor/ joinery plans
- Reflected ceiling plan
- Shopfront elevations
- Electrical / data plan
- Joinery & Signage details
- Working knowledge of BCA & Australian standards

**Experience**:(Minimum level of experience required for the role)
- Drafting experience in Retail design
- Working Knowledge of AutoCAD systems - REVIT
- Current knowledge of retail fit out processes and detailing of construction items (Desirable)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the design and specification of retail shops on a national level
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the design and specification of commercial floor space. (Desirable)
- Minimum Cert 4 in either Interior Design or relevant building industry qualifications with a strong retail focus Ability to interpret tenancy guidelines and council regulations as it impacts stores fit out
- Salary on offer $85-90k Plus Super (based on experience)
