We believe our employees are key to our success and aim to engage and empower our diverse, global team to create value with our solutions in contract logistics and transportation.YOUR ROLEShift: Mon-Fri, 7:00 am – 3:00 pmBase rate of $31.01/hour + 13.75% superannuationPosition governed by the CEVA Logistics & Transport Workers Union National EA, details available at fwc.gov.au.We are seeking a motivated Yardperson to support operations at our Finished Vehicle Logistics branch in Mt St John, QLD.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Cleaning and preparing vehicles to meet presentation standards for delivery or transport.Preparing and staging vehicles for local and interstate drivers.Inspecting incoming vehicles for damage and recording findings.Scanning vehicles into our system to track location.Traveling to other compounds or worksites as needed.IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:Seeking to gain broader experience in transport operations with a proactive approach.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Proficiency in operating automatic and manual transmission vehicles.Strong communication skills.Ability to follow detailed instructions.High attention to detail and proactive mindset.Forklift license preferred but not essential.Candidates must provide proof of work rights, professional references, and will be required to complete a medical assessment and police check if progressed.EMPLOYEE BENEFITS:Wellbeing programs, Employee Assistance Program, Volunteer Time Off, and insurance options.Additional paid parental leave for primary carers.Opportunities for professional growth, study assistance, and internal mobility.Financial benefits including discounts, leasing options, safety workwear reimbursement, referral incentives, and recognition.OUR DIVERSITY COMMITMENT:As a global organization, diversity enhances our success.
