**Strategic Projects Officer**

**Location**: Dandenong, On-site (4 days a week)

**Contract Duration**: 3 Months

**About Us**:
We are seeking a Strategic Projects Officer to join our team for a three-month contract. We're upgrading our digital infrastructure and HCM systems in Phase-2 of our transformation.

**Position Overview**:
As the Strategic Projects Officer, you'll be pivotal in implementing Phase-2. You'll work on-site in Dandenong four days a week.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop project plans for recruitment, reference checking, and learning management system improvements.
- Coordinate with vendors and build strong relationships with external stakeholders.
- Actively contribute to the PCSIT Project Steering Committee.
- Utilize digital literacy for HR systems.
- Engage stakeholders and drive project outcomes.
- Create and execute communication strategies.
- Leverage HCM system knowledge.
- Pay strong attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, IT, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
