Are you a highly motivated and experienced Project and Change Management professional looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to significant whole-of-government initiatives? Randstad is partnering with a key Victorian Government Department to find a talented Senior Change and Project Officer.
About the Role :
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Senior Change and Project Officer will be instrumental in the planning and delivery of a significant work program : an end-to-end procurement strategy and sourcing project for Whole-of-Government office accommodation service delivery.
Key Accountabilities :
Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager and Project Director to support a major office accommodation management procurement program, with a strong focus on contract transition.Effectively manage project parameters (budgets, schedules, scopes) to ensure deliverables meet timelines and quality standards, maintaining accurate project documentation and reports.Support and manage effective project and procurement risk management through all project phases, applying the Victorian Government Risk Management Framework.Provide secretariat support for Steering committees and working group forums, ensuring adherence to VGPB and Departmental procurement policy frameworks.Develop and support the implementation of a comprehensive change and communication plan for smooth contract transition.Key Selection Criteria :
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in supporting project and change management for complex commercial procurements, preferably within the Victorian Government context.Proven change management expertise, including developing and implementing comprehensive change and communication strategies for complex work programs (in a procurement contract transition context).Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to monitor and manage timelines, resources, and deliverables, and support project governance and reporting.Exceptional stakeholder relationship skills and strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.Knowledge and experience in supporting complex commercial procurement projects.
