We currently seek a Permanent Full-time Storeperson who is reliable and will bring their experience and positive approach to contribute to our future success.

**NOTE: CHESS ENGINEERING IS RELOCATING TO LEPPINGTON IN JULY**

**About you**:
1. Prepare, issue and monitor tools, equipment and materials as required and staff conduct check returns, reporting any losses and repair needs.

2. Perform general cleaning and maintenance of workshops, studios, machines, equipment, tools and associated items, and replacing consumables.

3. Perform periodic stocktakes of tools and materials, monitor stock levels and prepare requisitions / orders in liaison with teachers to meet operational needs.

4. Follow up orders, acquit invoices for goods received, and prepare relevant paperwork for invoice processing.

5. Remove/ collect stores from receiving areas to appropriate storage areas and maintain security of tools, equipment and materials as required.

6. Responsible for the logistics of receiving, processing, storing and sending goods and other products according to purchase orders and shipping schedules.

7. Implement processes and perform activities to ensure sustainable and economic use of tools, equipment and materials through methods such as reclaiming, reusing and recycling.

8. Perform related activities to support the stores operations and broader team as required.

9. Keep track of the inventory to ensure a steady supply of products to stores.

10. Reflect Chess' values in the way you work and abide by policies and procedures to ensure a safe, healthy and inclusive work environment.

11. Ability to work within a team environment and a great attitude with a passion for their work

12. Currently holds an Australian Citizen or Permanent Residence.
