Specialising in the provision of standalone cleaning and security services or a tailored integrated solution, Assetlink supports businesses to manage their assets and operations in the commercial, education, retail, aviation, health & aged care and mining sectors.We pride ourselves on our culture – The Assetlink Way.Our Vision is"To change the lives of those we work with by connecting them with the best opportunities of the Australian community."As a member of the Assetlink Aviation team, you will have the opportunity to work with a supportive and innovative group of professionals who take pride in their work.The Role:An exciting opportunity exists for a General Manager – Service Delivery to lead our new and exciting large cleaning contract based at the Perth Airport.Reporting to the Head of Aviation, the primary objective of the role is to effectively manage and oversee all aspects of the contract in line with our clients' contractual agreements.In this fast-paced environment, you will thrive by regularly collaborating with stakeholders and persistently ensuring strong performance outcomes.As you will frequently interact with senior executives and external representatives, you must demonstrate strong professional presentation and communication skills.You will have experience managing large-scale cleaning operations and possess a comprehensive understanding of safety systems and processes.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to make sound decisions are essential for this role.Primary areas of responsibility and accountability include, but are not limited to:Ensure provision of high-level customer service to client and stakeholders across a large cleaning contract.Manage and oversee the Client and Contract agreed scope of works.Manage and resolve client requests in a timely and professional manner.Management of staffing issues, performance, and development of personnel across sites.Manage the framework for the supervision of all cleaning personnel across the contract.Compliance with P&L and budget in line with contract needs.Requirements:Minimum of three years' experience working in a Senior Cleaning Management capacity.Sound commercial acumen and business development.Exposure to managing multiple teams across multiple sites and client relationships will be highly regarded.Effective communication, networking and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve successful outcomes.Ability to work autonomously, with effective time management.Knowledge and experience in organisational effectiveness and operations management.Knowledge of relevant people management principles and practices.Strong Cleaning Award knowledge.What we offer you:Reward & Recognition Incentives.Ongoing training and development.A safe and supportive working environment.If you're a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with a commitment to providing excellent service and would like to be part of a key onsite team, we'd love to hear from you, click 'Apply'.
