Located at Country Club Villas-just 900 metres from the Resort and 10 minutes from Launceston CBD-Bolters also features a friendly bar, a quality bottle shop, and spacious dining perfect for any occasion.What you can expect in a day in the role:As a Food and Beverage Attendant at Bolters Bar and Grill, you can expect every shift to be fun and diverse.
Daily duties will include, but are not limited to:Pouring and serving drinks behind our busy barAssisting with food service and taking ordersHelping customers with gaming, including processing payments and winningsDaily cleaning in both the bar and grillAssisting with events or large groups as needed by the businessAssisting with opening and closing the venueWhat you'll bring to the role:A flair for customer service and the ability to interact with all types of peopleExcellent communication skillsExperience working in a food and beverageStrong teamwork skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentA current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gaming) license or willingness to obtainShift Supervisor experience will be highly regardedAn appointee to this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.What you can expect from us:Country Club is part of the Federal Group and offers a range of staff discounts and benefits, including:A free meal on each shift at our fully maintained staff canteenFree onsite car parkingStaff discounts across Federal Hospitality propertiesAccess to hundreds of discounts across many brands, helping you save on everyday expenses, including phone bills, fuel and groceries, fashion, restaurants and entertainmentTraining and development opportunitiesInterested?
