My client is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Junior Property Manger/Admin Assistant to join their team in Brisbane.

Located in their Brisbane CBD office, you will be responsible for assisting the Asset Manager with a

portfolio of retail properties and undertaking administration tasks.

The position is a full time position commencing as soon as possible.

The key responsibilities of the position include (but are not limited to):

- Assisting the Asset Manager with day to day issues.
- Raising Purchase Orders and liaising with contractors.
- Answering phones and dealing with enquiries from stakeholders (tenants, contractors and

customers).
- Maintaining and reviewing the critical dates list and issuing letters for option windows.
- Issuing tenant memos and other correspondence as required.
- Maintaining the lease tracker and managing the documents for new leases, lease renewals

and lease assignments.
- Arrears Management.
- Running month end reports from MRI.
- Following up tenants for insurances and sales figures.
- Inputting sales figures into MRI.
- Lease administration in MRI - new leases, lease renewals and lease assignments.
- Issuing outgoings letters and outgoings adjustment letters to tenants.
- Following up contractors for insurances.
- Monthly foot traffic analysis.
- Managing the security register.
- Developing strong relationships with tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders.

Required
- Good general knowledge of property management.
- Experience using MRI.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship skills and the ability to deal positively with difficult

situations.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- A current drivers licence.
- Previous experience with retail assets is an advantage.
