In this role, you will be responsible for investor relations coordination and management of wholesale investors and across Mirvac's funds and joint ventures.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting investor engagement and relationships for wholesale/institutional investors across Mirvac Funds ManagementManaging scheduled engagement programs with existing and prospective partnersMaintaining the CRM system to streamline capital interactionsCoordinating pitch books and materials for client presentationsConducting market scans to identify and understand wholesale capital sourcesSupporting investor queries including DDQs and ad-hoc client servicing requestsSupporting engagement and execution of equity raisings and marketing new investment opportunitiesRaising awareness of the Mirvac platform and productsMaintaining timely and accurate records of investor discussions and distilling key insights for the businessMaintaining an in-depth understanding of Mirvac and Mirvac Funds Management productsYour point of differenceYou will be professionally qualified with experience in investor relations, funds management, or broader investment environments, specifically supporting investor inquiries and due diligence.You will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a strong ability to prepare polished documents, presentations, and data summaries, as well as familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar) to support tracking investor engagement and capital activity processes.Your written and verbal communication skills, along with organizational, time management, and attention to detail, will all be of a high standard.
You will have the ability to work proactively while contributing to a high-performing team.All of these attributes are preferred.
