Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in B2B or field marketing.
- Experience using performance metrics for marketing programs.
- Experience partnering with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience working in B2B marketing for Enterprise or Mid Market companies.
- Experience driving process and tool improvements for operational scale and productivity.
- Experience operationalizing projects with clear communication and timelines.
- Ability to build effective relationships with a diverse range of audience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and business acumen.

As the Field Marketing Manager, you'll work on driving Google Cloud consideration, adoption, and customer success through an extensive, integrated online, offline, direct, and indirect go-to-market strategy. You will be involved in building an engaged customer base and actively working with a direct sales team on scalable enterprise and start-up marketing activities across multiple segments, channels, geographies, and phases of the customer lifecycle relationship.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage an integrated go-to-market strategy that supports prioritized segments and audiences.
- Plan, manage, and execute multiple marketing programs including budget management.
- Manage external creative agencies, events, vendors, and international projects.
- Use tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness.
