OverviewSenior Training Specialist at BYD Australia & New Zealand.
This role focuses on market research, curriculum development, training delivery, data-driven optimization, and cross-cultural collaboration with headquarters and overseas teams.ResponsibilitiesMarket Research and Analysis: Gain an in-depth understanding of the local market, and undertake research on topics such as brand localization, sales management, store management, user experience, and after-sales service.Curriculum System Development: Based on frontline needs and local market research, conduct interviews/surveys, extract case studies, and develop standardized courses and training materials.Training Delivery and Implementation: Lead the full-cycle delivery of local projects, collaborate with the local team, and ensure that project delivery meets requirements.Data-Driven Optimization: Continuously iterate course content and delivery formats based on training data, sales results, and frontline feedback.Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Work closely with the headquarters and overseas teams to ensure that training is aligned with business strategies.QualificationsBachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in languages, education, psychology, marketing, automotive engineering, or related fields.At least 2 years of training experience in the automotive industry; those with experience in overseas market course development or delivery are preferred.Fluent in English (able to teach in these languages as working languages); proficiency in daily Chinese communication is a plus.Proficient in courseware development and office tools.DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: TrainingIndustries: Automation Machinery Manufacturing
