Principal Analyst Superannuation Data Transformation

APRA is seeking an experienced superannuation specialist to join the Superannuation Data Transformation Project team. This project will make it easier for APRA and external stakeholders to scrutinise and reliably compare fund operations and product performance to drive better industry practices and improve member outcomes.

You will play a key role in shaping the enhancements to APRA's superannuation data collection under a significant project for APRA that will enable improved transparency on the superannuation industry.

As part of the team, you will also drive the future state for APRA's internal reports for superannuation, enabling risk-based supervisory judgements and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities will include:

- collaborating with a wide range of APRA and industry stakeholders to identify stakeholder needs
- conducting research and analysis on existing reporting practices in Australia and internationally
- formulating and prioritising proposals for data collection and internal and external reports

You will have proven problem solving abilities, research and analysis skills, and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels of business. Excellent business writing, project and priority management skills are essential, and a history of working on high performing projects will be highly regarded.
