**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Resolution of issues and implementation of customer requirements and business objectives as part of a squad.
- Champion customer values (Care, Openness, Delivery, and Empowerment) in all interactions, projects, and deliverables you execute on.
- Team collaboration for planning, estimation, execution of sprint goals, and involved in cross-team collaboration.
- Collaboration with product, design, techops, and other business units.
- Contributing to the technical design and architecture of software and platforms.
- Supporting and promoting an Agile development environment and capable of performing Scrum Master duties.
- Driving code quality by conducting code reviews and implementing unit tests.
- Contributing to developmental technology experimentation, selection, and implementation.
- Providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to more junior developers.
- Preparing Business Requirements Document, Functional and Nonfunctional requirement specification, System requirement specification, High Level Design Document etc.
- Experience in Troubleshooting and debugging integration issues.
- Should be experienced in DevOps practices for continuous integration and continuous deployment, improving the efficiency and quality of software delivery.
