**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**:
Lead and manage a high-performing team of installation technicians, providing mentorship and training. Conduct performance evaluations, ensure adherence to safety standards, and maintain company guidelines.
- **Quality Assurance**:
Manage an installer accreditation program, including training, accreditation, and auditing processes. Monitor installation quality, ensuring compliance with company standards and client specifications, and implement improvements as needed.
- **Work Instruction Creation**:
Develop and update detailed installation procedures and work instructions. Ensure all technicians are trained and adhere to these guidelines.
- **Technical Expertise**:
Act as the primary technical resource for telematics systems, troubleshooting complex issues and offering advanced technical support to the installation team and clients.
- **Client Interaction**:
Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and address concerns regarding installations, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- **Project Management**:
Collaborate with internal teams for technical consultation and resource planning on installation projects as necessary.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
Maintain detailed records of installation activities, technician performance, and quality checks. Generate reports for management review.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in telematics or vehicle electronics installations, with at least 2 years managing teams.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding of telematics systems and vehicle electronics, including both hardware and software components.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
- **Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Ability to work autonomously while taking ownership of outcomes.
- Ability to collaborate with a diverse array of stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand to meet customer needs.

**Additional Skills**:

- Passionate about customer service and capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable challenging others constructively in a non-confrontational way to achieve successful results.

**Note**: This position requires flexibility in travel between Australia and New Zealand to meet client and business needs.
Must hold Australian citizenship due to business and legal requirements for this role.
