Behaviour Support Practitioners
to join our multidisciplinary team in Cairns.

We are seeking practitioners who can be relied upon to uphold our standards and deliver safe, consistent, and respectful services to our clients, their families, and key stakeholders, while representing CRAMLI with integrity and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities, to name a few:
Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)
Develop Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs)
Provide consultation and training to support teams
Collect and analyse behavioural data
Ensure compliance with NDIS reporting and documentation requirements
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development
Essential Criteria:
Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Education, or a related field
Experience delivering Positive Behaviour Support under the NDIS
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong understanding of trauma-informed and person-centred practice
Current Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel locally and regional areas
NDIS Commission endorsement as a minimum 'Core' Behaviour Support Practitioner

Pay Range
Pay is
based on your level of experience and registration status in Behaviour Support.
Applicants who apply
without a Behaviour Support Practitioner ID
and require endorsement at
entry level
will commence at the
lowest pay rate.
Higher levels of experience and demonstrated capability attract higher pay within the range.
