**Introduction**:
Regis Resources is an ASX 200-listed Perth-based gold production and exploration company with a proven management team and a successful track record of developing mid-sized gold operations. Regis is a purely Australian gold miner with significant open pit and underground operations, which includes the 100% owned Duketon Gold Project and a 30% ownership of the Tropicana Gold Project, both in Western Australia. In FY25, Regis expects to produce between 350 thousand and 380 thousand ounces of gold and has a current market capitalisation of nearly A$3.6 billion.
The current mine site locations are in the Northeastern Goldfields of WA, with multiple mining operations both open pit and underground. This is an opportunity to join a high performing team, working collaboratively towards a future production profile of up to half a million ounces of gold annually.

Regis offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience, while contributing to projects and getting exposure to multiple sites. Our Regis Vacation Program is designed to develop you by building your knowledge base and skills with real and practical work experience and set you up for success in your career.

**Description**:
About the Role
Regis Vacation Student Program runs from early December to late February, spanning a duration of 12 weeks and offers a placement over the summer university break. All Vacation Student roles are site-based and operate on a Fly-In, Fly-Out (FIFO) roster of 8 days on, 6 days off, from Perth to our Duketon operations.
We need talent students who are studying from a range of degrees that include:
Commerce
Engineering Chemical (Metallurgy)
Engineering Civil
Engineering Mechanical
Engineering Mining (Underground and Surface)
Environmental Science
Finance
Geology (Mining and Exploration)
Health & Safety
Human Resources
Survey

About You
**To be eligible for this program you will need to**:
Provide evidence of current enrolment in a tertiary qualification;
Showcase a developing proficiency in soft skills, including communication, organization, analysis, and problem-solving;
Exhibit adaptability in handling challenges and excel in collaborative teamwork;
Demonstrate commitment to developing technical skills relevant to the mining industry;
Ideally, hold a WA manual driver's licence and Senior First Aid certification;
