This position will own the revenue accounting function, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and process efficiency.
You will also lead and mentor a team of three Revenue Accountants, driving performance and continuous improvement.Role highlights:Take ownership of the Revenue reporting function of a growing infrastructure businessExcellent exposure to Senior Leaders, with 3 direct reports$150k to $170k plus SuperKey responsibilities:Revenue Reporting: Oversee revenue accounting for the group, providing monthly variance analysis and strategic insights as well as ensuring compliance with accounting standards (including Lease & Contract accounting)Team leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing Accounts Receivable & Revenue Accounting team, ensuring collaboration and efficiencyProcess Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline revenue operations, enhance controls, and drive automation while playing a key role in supporting an ERP implementationAbout you:Proven experience in revenue accounting, lease/contract accounting, or financial reportingPrevious experience in leading an Accounts Receivable team in a high-volume, complex environment (ideally in property development, utilities, or infrastructure)You must have full Australian work rights (citizenship or permanent residency) to be considered for this roleSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAccounting/AuditingIndustriesReal Estate and Utilities
