Redpath Partners is a recruitment company that focuses solely on providing services to the Property and Construction sectors. The Opportunity

Specifically, the core accountabilities include:

- Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies
- Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.

About you

You must have at least 2 years industry/relevant experience, who can demonstrate a proven track record recruiting within the construction and/or property sectors. You will be able and willing to engage with a portfolio of clients and strive to surpass their expectations through displaying resilience and tenaciousness.

You should be able demonstrate how you have excelled in aspects of your life; it might be education, sport, philanthropic, or work.
