Your role

There is huge potential in the Procurement, Contracts and Supply Chain profession. Our established team has achieved unprecedented success and is on track for another great year. We are looking for an experienced professional recruiter to join our Wayville SA team. You can enjoy ownership over your desk, focusing on growing relationships with established business and new client acquisition across various industries without restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Build on relationships with Randstad's large pool of PSA clients (blue chip companies with temporary and permanent opportunities) both nationally and locally
  • Establish and develop your own business and relationships
  • Achieve individual revenue targets and KPIs
  • 360 end to end recruitment on a dual desk with the support of experienced candidate managers
  • Attend networking events and be an active member of the professional community

You will be an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in hitting and over achieving targets. To be successful in this role you must be self motivated, outcome focused and self confident. You will be strategic minded, have exceptional communication skills and be a resilient person who thrives on challenges.
