Tobruk Memorial Baths is seeking a hands-on Café & Kitchen Manager to oversee our café operations while enjoying the unique atmosphere of a busy swim and recreation centre.

What you'll do Manage day-to-day café and kitchen operations with a focus on quality and servicePrepare and serve food and beverages to a high standardLead, train, and support your team to deliver excellent serviceHandle cash management, stock control, and daily sales performanceEnsure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standardsBuild strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the CVM team What we're looking for Proven experience in a café, hospitality, or kitchen leadership roleCurrent Food Safety CertificationStrong knowledge of café service and commercial kitchen operationsGreat communication and organisational skillsBlue Card, CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a busy environment Why join us At CVM, we're passionate about creating safe, fun, and welcoming community spaces.
