We are a small, family-owned OSHC and vacation care operating in Alexander Heights.

**The Opportunity**:
We are currently seeking a diploma qualified educator (or working towards diploma) to step into the role of coordinating our beautiful little service. This is not a large-scale OSHC, we typically see 20-30 little people each day. We own and operate another service nearby where you will have the support of leadership and mentors to guide you through your role. This is also a good opportunity for someone looking to grow and develop into a leadership role.

Duties include;
- Meeting and greeting families and parents.
- Building positive and nurturing relationships with children, families and the community.
- Creating meaningful and educational experiences for little people.
- Documenting these experiences with the support of two pedagogistas (or educational leaders) and your other team member(s).
- Planning vacation care programs.
- Running and participating in vacation care programs.
- Light food preparation.
- Maintaining a high-quality service provision more broadly including compliance-related duties.

**About You**:

- Most importantly, you will nurture our little people and love and support them through their learning, development and educational journeys.
- No prior coordinator experience is required, this is a good opportunity for someone who is driven and wanting to progress their career.
- You will be working towards a Diploma in Children's Services or hold a current Diploma in Children's Services. We are also happy to support someone with sufficient experience who holds a Certificate III in Children's Services and would like to progress in their career and commence their Diploma.
- You will hold a current Working with Children's Check.
- Ideally, you will have a First Aid Certificate but if not, we can provide training.
- You will be available to work 6.30am to 9.00am and 2.30pm to 6.00pm daily with full-time hours required during school holiday periods.

Our hours of operation are 6.30am-9.00am and 2.30pm-6.00pm, Monday to Friday. The suitable applicant will need to be available to work full-time hours during vacation care period when our service is open 6.30am-6.00pm.
