**Primary Purpose**
**About the Team**
The Healius service desk is a national team of motivated, technical analysts, working at major sites across Australia. The team are dedicated to delivering high levels of customer service and satisfaction while building on their technical skills
**Key Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as the first point of contact providing the highest level of customer service.
- Ensure that all incidents and service requests are logged into the ITSM system ensuring actions taken are clearly documented in the ticket.
- Resolution of requests and incidents in a timely manner and/or according to service level targets
- Ensure that IT Operations procedures and processes are followed
- Respond to urgent requests and escalations, coordinate with relevant resolver teams
- Contribute to the effectiveness of the IT Operations, including sharing of knowledge and information, documenting processes and procedures
- Enthusiastic participation and continued contribution to team culture
- Creation of AD accounts and mailboxes
- Assist with the installation and configuration of desktops and other hardware as required as well as provide technical support for hardware components such as desktops, printers and scanners
**To be considered for this role your skills and attributes should include**:
- Experience with 1 - 2 years support experience preferred
- Previous experience in handling high volumes of calls and tickets and staying pro-active
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong hunger to learn and upskill
- Relevant tertiary qualification in IT
- Experience supporting Microsoft desktop operating systems
- Network troubleshooting and problem solving
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service
