We have an exciting opportunity for a Hypercare support officer with State Government.

**Summary of role and qualities required -**
- Support food businesses and local government stakeholders in delivery of state-wide IT solution.
- Providing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout digital change process
- Strong stakeholder relationship management experience necessary
- Strong stakeholder relationship management experience necessary
- Excellent interpersonal skills needed and excelent phone manner

**Qualifications -**
- Experience in government an advantage, preferably in a regulatory or digital transformation environment
- Change management or training qualification an advantage
- Good customer and interpersonal skills are mandatory
- Training and expert technical support will be provided
