As a member of the Lineage team, you are a critical link in the food supply chain.The Asia-Pacific region currently includes Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Singapore employing nearly 3000 team members.
Position Details As we continue our transformation and growth journey in the region, we are now inviting applications from current Lineage Team Members for the roles of Admin Support for Freezers 10 & Freezers 11K at Hume Rd.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Operating appropriate materials handling equipment under licenceAssisting in solving stock identification & location problemsContributing to continuous improvementOrganising dispatch and receivable operationsMaintaining registers, including inventory control and preparing/reconciling reports on stock movementsManaging drive hours on-site as per the CoR processCoordinating and confirming booking appointments with customers, carriers and within operational capacityEnsuring all store administration tasks are complete, filed and scanned for auditing purposesReporting any safety or compliance incidents to Store Management immediately About You: You are incredibly well-organised with a reputation for attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.You will also present with proficient administrative skills i.e. MS Word, Excel and ideally WMS.
