The College invests in creating a technology-infused educational ecosystem to support effective learning of students and teachers.We are praying for the right people to come and join our team and encourage you to learn more about our College to see if you might be a good fit for our vision and Culture.About you and the roleWe are seeking 2 full-time Learning Enrichment Teachers Aides (K-6 and 7-12) for a 12 month maternity leave cover to commence January 2025 to provide the following support within the Learning Enrichment Team:Assist in the delivery of evidence-based intervention programs, including MultiLit and other structured literacy and numeracy support programs.
This involves working closely with students to improve foundational skills and helping them reach targeted academic milestones.Work with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning objectives and ensure they understand key concepts.
Support classroom teachers by providing additional attention to students needing guidance, fostering an inclusive and productive learning environment.Work closely with classroom teachers and support staff to implement tailored educational strategies that meet individual student needs.
Provide guidance on effective differentiation techniques and inclusive practices.Communicate regularly with teachers and the Head of Learning Enrichment K-12 to share observations, update on student progress, and adapt interventions as necessary.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on best practices for student support.Provide direct learning support to students across all grade levels (K-12), addressing academic, social, and emotional challenges through targeted interventions and strategies.Assist students in developing positive behaviours, self-regulation, and emotional resilience, adapting strategies to suit the online learning environment.Assist in the collection of the Nationally Consistent Collection Data on School Students with Disability (NCCD).
About YouHave an active Christian faith.Have a suitable qualification and NESA accreditation (or be eligible).
