**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are currently seeking a Cafe Supervisor to join our Client Services team in our Sydney office. You will oversee and provide hands-on preparation and delivery of Yurara Café food and beverage items and provide prompt and efficient service to Yurara café customers.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- High quality/high turnover coffee/beverage preparation and service.
- Identify any issues with coffee making equipment, rectify if able to and/or arrange for a qualified coffee service representative to address issue.
- Provide coffee training to café and client services wait-staff.
- Order taking, cash handling, and reconcile daily cash/eftpos.
- Food preparation, display and delivery of in-house food and beverage orders.
- Liaise with kitchen for food and beverage promotions/themes
- Liaise with kitchen for daily food items.
- Assist with occasional kitchen duties and/or after hours and off site events as required
- Ordering, stocktake and invoice handling.
- Assist Client Services Manager with monthly reports and setting budgets.
- Assist with café communications and documentation.
- Stock handling and rotation.
- Cleaning, washing and polishing of crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils and food preparation equipment.
- Clearing and cleaning of tables and food preparation/storage/display areas and equipment.
**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
As well as having excellent communication and serving skills, the successful applicant will have:
- Experienced customer service in commercial café environment.
- Food handling and preparation.
- Cash handling and understanding of similar Impos system to generate reports
- Well presented with a high standard of personal and work hygiene.

Our Office Operations function includes Procurement, Building Operations, Document Production, Business Continuity and Client Services & Travel teams.
