Australia Flourish Early Learning Centre Full time

Our beautiful purpose built child 44 place centre Flourish ELC in Penshurst NSW has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Educator to join the team as a Room Lead Educator.

The successful applicant would see themselves in a key leadership role as working with the Centre Director & Educational Leader to achieve the objectives of the centre.

To be successful in this role you will be a passionate educator providing outstanding experiences for the children & families creating an amazing environment and learning space. You will have experience in managing and maintaining high standards for a safe and healthy environment and training in child protection.

The successful applicant will be friendly, outgoing and approachable individual who develops excellent relationships with children, families & peers.

Outstanding communication skills are essential as is a professional level of presentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma in Children's Services, or Cert III and Working Towards Diploma is required for this position.

Applicants must meet the selection criteria to be considered for interview.
