Located close to the centre of Canberra is One Tree Defence Childcare Unit Russell Hill. This centre is the place for educators who want to connect with the children they care for and their families. It is exceeding the National Quality Standard and offer's nursery rooms, a toddler room, and preschool rooms. This allows you to focus on growing your skills caring for children of many ages.

As a Diploma qualified Room Leader, you will love coming to work every day. The work you do will mean a lot and make a big difference. Your 'can-do' attitude and commitment to work within One Tree Community Service's spirit, purpose and values will be your key to success.
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- A valid Working with Children Card
- Leadership skills
- Experience in running a room
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a mature approach
