**Responsibilities**:
Wanting to make a real difference in the world? Looking to employ your marketing skills towards meaningful campaigns? Searching for a role that aligns with your values? Then this role at a lovely advertising agency focused on the Not-for-Profit (NFP) space is for you.

With a high-profile list of charity clients, your role is to create and manage campaigns that drive fundraising through new donors and retaining and up-selling existing donors. You'll use mainly Direct and Digital channels, based on data insights and analytics, so you should have a good understanding of this area. You'll work with a team of freelance creative, external suppliers and the internal team to deliver end-to-end campaigns from brief development to production delivery. Working directly with clients, you'll have great communication skills and know how to build strong client relationships. You'll also need to be very buttoned-down and organised, able to work autonomously and always meet deadlines.

This role is open to applicants in Sydney or Melbourne who have at least three years solid creative agency experience. Any exposure to the NFP space would be a big advantage, but is not essential. More important is a passion for helping others, and an enthusiastic, energetic and pro-active attitude.
