The role will have an emphasis on technical expertise combined with project management, analysis and reporting in support of our established network of laboratories.

In order to be successful as a trainee you will ideally possess:

- Reasonable level of Mathematical achievement (Minimum Year 10 passing grade);
- Punctuality;
- Willingness to learn;
- Strong work ethic;
- A current Australian driver's licence and ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen are essential.

In order to be successful as a CMT Technician you will ideally possess:

- Cert 3 or 4 in Laboratory Techniques or similar is advantageous;
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Laboratory or field;
- Licence to operate a Nuclear Density Meter is desirable;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- An ability to work cohesively within a team driven environment;
- Familiar with relevant Australian testing standards;
- A current Australian driver's licence;
- White/Blue general induction card; and
- An ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen are essential.
