What to Expect
- As the Logistics & Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for the invoicing and administrative tasks of our Parts Distribution Centre, the coordination of our export & adhoc shipments, helping to problem solve import queries as well as assisting the warehouse operations team with the ticket enquiries. You will have excellent communication skills, a problem solving & analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
- Including nut not limited to;
- Validate & process invoices relating to warehouse operations, handle queries, and maintain P&L for the warehouse.- Coordinate the movement of sea and air freight exports from the warehouse, including relevant document preparation (commercial invoices, SLI etc)
- Book ADHOC exports for the wider company, including IT/HR/special requests.
- Assisting operations team with ticketing requests.
- Manage purchase orders for third party vendor accounts.
- Maintain routing guides, rates/zones data within our in house TMS.
- Provide operational & admin support to the warehouse & warehouse manager as required.

What You'll Bring
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations.
- Experience in handling and analysing invoices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers.
- Knowledge of export documentation, including commercial invoices, SLI, and DG.
- Familiarity with TMS systems and routing guides.
- A problem-solving mind-set is a must.
