We are looking for an Administration/Customer Service Hero to join the team for our Christmas and Event Photography business in head office at Picton.

We love our customers and we need our Customer Service Heroes to love our customers too. We are looking for people who expect good customer service themselves, and so wouldn't think of offering anything but the best to all our customers. Yep, even the tired and cranky ones

**Christmas Memories**
Offers a magical and memorable Santa Photo Experience across 16 locations.

**Milestones 2 Memories**
Offers portrait and Event Photography throughout the year at our Picton Studio. You would assist with bookings, customer enquires and general running of the outlet.

**You will need to be**:

- Awesome at helping people
- Super organised and efficient with a high attention to detail
- Great with technology and a quick learner
- Have a great phone manner
- Strong written communication skills.
- customer service experience
- Experience with Square appointments and Payments an advantage

Most importantly, this person must support of the organisation's values and mission.

Training Provided. Located in the heart of Picton.

Immediate start. 4-5 days in September and October and 5 days in November and December. Mondays are essential during November and December.

Pay: $31.00 - $33.00 per hour

- Ingleburn, NSW 2565: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
