It is nearly that time of year, as we prepare the Christmas Season. We all know Christmas is the happiest time of the year

We are looking Administration/Customer Service Heroes to help this year. There are multiple roles across two businesses. The Christmas Cart and Christmas Memories.

**The Christmas Cart**
An ecommerce business where are driven to help you make all your seasonal celebrations and special occasions memorable and meaningful
We are looking for people who expect good customer service themselves, and so wouldn't think of offering anything but the best to all our customers. Yep, even the tired and cranky ones who, after a long day, are disappointed that something in their order arrived broken and we have to catch them as they are about to jump from that ledge.

**Christmas Memories**
Festive Santa Photo Fun 16 locations across 2 states.
Helping prepare for the new season, a host of admin duties in preparation for the season and once Santa arrives you will move to customer focussed role.

**You will need to be**:

- Awesome at helping people
- Super organised and efficient
- Great with technology
- Have a great phone manner
- Strong written communication skills.
- customer service experience preferred

Training Provided for both roles. Located in Ingleburn.

We are looking for someone to start in September and be available 2 days a week in September, 3 days in October and 4-5 days in November and December. Mondays are essential during November and December, other months are flexible on which days.

**Job Types**: Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: $21.64 - $30.91 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ingleburn, NSW 2565: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
