Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and guide a high-performing team to achieve their goals.

Project Management Support: Provide guidance and allocate resources to deliver successful project outcomes.
Operational Oversight: Ensure the branch operates efficiently, delivering exceptional service and results.
Financial Management: Monitor budgets, manage expenses, and deliver financial success.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and implement best practices.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Qualifications/Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Proven leadership experience, ideally within the automation, engineering, or related industries.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client relationships.
Strong business acumen and experience in strategic planning.
Financial management expertise, including budgeting and reporting.

Relevant tertiary qualifications (highly regarded).
