**About the Role**

**Duties**
- Responsible for bars daily shift operations and management/supervision of staff.
- Manages day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and expectations of the customers are met on a daily basis.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant policies, standards, procedures, regulations and laws.
- Assists servers and hosts on the floor during meal periods and high demand times.
- Displays leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifies excellent customer service and creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations.
- Review staffing levels and assist with recruitment processes.
- Monitors adherence to all liquor control policies and procedures.

**Skills & Experience**
- Approved Manager Certification from Nationally Accredited Training provider (inclusive of RSA)
- COVID Hygiene Certificate (from Australian Hotels Association)
- Experience working in management role preferable
- Experience working in a Bar (or Food & Beverage outlet) required.
- Qualification from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field desirable.
