**The Role**
- Develop the curriculum within the service and drive towards continuous improvement
- Guide and mentor a team of educators
- Build strong relationships with the families and community
- Work collaboratively with staff to educate children and extend their learning
- Assist with planning and setting up interactive and engaging environments

**Role Requirements**
- Diploma or Bachelors of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Full working rights
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Previous experience in a similar role

**The Company**

This is an exciting opportunity to join a beautiful purpose built service located in Woongarrah as an Educational Leader and work alongside a committed team. Opening its doors to 110 children within the local community, the service creates a holistic environment for children aged 0-5. Using a mixture of play based learning and intentional teaching techniques, you will be responsible for collaborating with educators to bring fresh ideas to the service and create stimulating learning experiences for little ones. Working alongside an experienced centre director, you will be supported to go above and beyond for families and nurturing relationships formed with community members.
