Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) - Required
- Completed high school (Year 12 or equivalent)
- Experience in disability support or aged care highly regarded
- Strong understanding of person-centred and strengths-based approaches
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, patient, and respectful
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of supporting clients with mobility needs

Mandatory Requirements

- Full Driver Licence
- Legal working rights in Australia
- Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Loganlea QLD 4131

Working Conditions
- In-person role in client homes and community environments
- Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
- Physical activity may be required (e.g., mobility support, hoist transfers)

**Job Types**: Contract, Casual
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $32.50 - $50.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
