**About the role**:
As a Social Strategist in our Experience and Strategy team, you will be responsible for developing social strategies across several key accounts and new business opportunities.

You will test and implement new ways of responding to client problems, sharing examples of great work from around the world to challenge their thinking. You will help to develop and evolve our digital and social products, providing industry commentary and representing the agency at events.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- You'll bring 3-4 year's experience working within an agency
- You are someone who champions a modern social-first approach to connected experiences for brands and audiences
- Brings a passion for the role that social creators play in brand communications
- Understands consumer behaviour, the context in which those behaviours happen and how Designs memorable moments of engagement
- You base strategy in rich data, human insight, data and platform trends
- You're a confident presenter who takes pride in presenting your work to clients and prospects
- Brings an understanding of how consumers interact with channels and technology, and how this is likely to evolve
- Experienced with paid, owned and earned touchpoints that build brand fame
- Possesses the ability to work with senior stakeholders to drive strategic digital thinking and growth for our clients and prospects
- A self-starter who loves to collaborate and can comfortably take the lead when required
