The Digital Litigation Team plays vital role in supporting virtual and hybrid hearings, livestreaming arrangements and any hearing requiring digital support across all divisions of the Court. About the Role The eCourt Operators are responsible for undertaking a variety crucial functions within the Digital Litigation team.
About the role
The position of the Courtroom Allocations Coordinator (Civil Divisions) sits within the Digital Litigation Team and has the specific purpose of better facilitating judicial function, via improved logístical arrangements of courtroom and hearing allocations. The role of the Courtroom Allocations Coordinator will work directly with judges and their chambers staff to ensure appropriate courtrooms and hearing resources are available to match the judges' listing requirements, to enable the judge to hear cases in the most appropriate courtroom, as per the specific requirements of each case.
This role within Digital Litigation focuses on the allocation of civil courtrooms and hearing resouces needed for each matter. The coordination and management of the monthly courtroom roster for the trial division of the court, and the management of the Court Booking System project. The Courtroom Allocations Coordinator will work in conjunction with the Senior eCourt Operators to faciliate and support virtual hearings and etrials across all divisions of the Court.
