This full-time opportunity will see you playing the lead role across our two beautiful cafes here at Mingara, The Roasted Berry is a fast-paced, exciting and collaborative space where you will lead a team, craft coffees, create memorable experiences for our customers and provide GREAT customer service. In The Wellness Cafe, you'll find yourself crafting and creating delicious smoothies and coffees, preparing sandwiches, wraps and other tasty foods to fill our cabinet.

**About the role**:

- Be a role model for our team by embracing our vision, mission and values, and leading by example
- Take the lead role in our cafes training and mentoring our team
- Train new team members about coffee and holding coffee training sessions
- Being the go-to person for all things coffee
- Work in faced paced environments
- Scheduling and team coordination

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience in leading a hospitality team
- At least two years barista experience
- A well-developed knowledge base in coffee and customer service
- Passionate about team and working together
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- RSA and RCG (must be willing to obtain this if you do not yet have one)
- Willing and able to work hours required in hospitality including nights, weekends and Public Holidays
