**Company Overview**:
Located at the top of Mount Gravatt Mountain, Lovewell Café is a social enterprise cafe partnering with Lovewell Foundation, in support of women from vulnerable backgrounds seeking to re-build their lives and enter in to training or employment.

We pride ourselves on providing an outstanding experience for our customers, clients, staff and volunteers while meeting our commercial targets and engaging the local community.

Our Team Leads are an integral part of the Lovewell team, providing supervision and leadership to ensuring our level of customer service is maintained and the team is humming.

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engaging and motivating the team to bring out the best in each and every staff member
- Lead the team in all aspects of FOH duties
- Demonstrate commitment to the Lovewell Café & Lovewell Foundation organisational values
- Provide kindness and the highest ethical standards of service to customers, staff, suppliers and co-workers
- Act in a safe manner at all times to ensure personal safety and the safety of others

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, within the hospitality industry
- Proven ability to engage, motivate and encourage a team
- Able to work unsupervised as well as in a team environment
- Demonstrated compliance to policies and procedures
- Weekend Availability

**Operating Hours**

7 days per week : 6:30am - 3:30pm

We also open additional hours for functions and events

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $23.52 per hour
