We specialise in providing efficient and effective after-hours scheduling services to businesses of all sizes across Australia. Due to an increase in business, we are looking to hire staff for a Customer Contact Officer/Rostering position within our team to roster for hospitals, aged care, group homes, disability and home care support companies Australia wide.

As an after-hours service provider we operate primarily during mornings, nights and throughout the weekend. **We do not offer daytime shifts during the week.**

Given the industries we provide support for, this role would be perfect for someone pursuing studies in the medical or community service fields.

**Weekend availability is essential** for this role - applicants who are unable to reliably work weekends shifts will not be considered.

**Rostering - what is the role?**

Our job is to maintain the rosters/schedules we are given, and to ensure our clients are properly cared for.

**Requirements**:

- Available to work both Saturday & Sunday, AM or PM shifts
- Available to work Friday PM shift, between 1600-0100
- Previous rostering experience
- At least 2 years of admin experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks while maintaining a strong attention to detail
- Good computer skills and ability to learn and use various scheduling software systems
- Ability to manage interactions with clients in crises
- Ability to calmly and effectively handle and resolve client concerns & de-escalate situations where necessary
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to carry out assigned tasks and proactively seek out work during downtime

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter shift requests into the system as they come through and work on filling them
- Create and maintain an open and clear path of communication with the agencies and facilities requesting shifts
- Help assist clients with their enquiries
- Complete thorough and accurate handovers while on shift

Office is located in Shellharbour Village. **Applicants must be able & willing to travel to the office for all rostered shifts.**

Pay: $37.00 - $42.00 per hour

- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Night shift
