We are looking for an **Outside School Hours Care Mobile Coordinator** to support our services in Canberra. This **Permanent Part Time**position is **30 hours**per week (minimum) working both split shifts of 7:00-9:00am and 3:00-6:00pm and/or block shifts available 9:00am-5:00pm.

As a Mobile Coordinator you are on the go, travelling OSH Coordinator, supporting numerous services as required, with a core focus on stepping into services to support the service delivery.
- Effectively develop, implement, and monitor OSHC/OOSH programs and activities
- Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery, and work with your team towards excellent rating and assessment outcomes
- Lead training, performance, and development in the service
- Minimise risk and manage safety in services

- Implement creative programmes and develop meaningful relationships.

**Qualifications**

?? A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
?? Strong communication skills—you'll be leading by example

?? You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check **(NSW and ACT)**.
?? Australian work rights.
?? A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
??A valid Driver's License
