**A little bit about the role**:
As the Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a** Defence Administrative Assistance Program (DAAP) Coordinator.**
- Actively marketing the Service to clients at the Defence Site.
- Building and maintaining networks with the local Defence community.
- Acting as the conduit between Defence and the Contractor.
- Actively managing any issues that may arise and escalate appropriately when required.
- Delivering presentations to Defence clients considering accessing the Services.
- Facilitating all required training for all DAAP Team members (including security and emergency response requirements).
- Managing DAAP Team absences and advising the Defence Representative of DAAP Team absences or closures.
- Facilitating Defence Site access for Contractor visitors when required.
- Supporting the DAAP Team to have a self-sufficient operating model in terms of securing ongoing Services, engagement, and day-to-day troubleshooting of the Services.
- Identifying when issues which may affect the Contractor's ability to provide the Services need to be escalated and escalating those issues as soon as practicable to the Defence Representative.

**What will you bring**:

- Experience in the Disability sector
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline including Business, Community or Social Service (desirable).
- Experience working with people with a disability in an employment setting.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching individuals and delivering learning opportunities, preferably for those with disability
- A strong team leader and team member with ability to influence and develop teams to improved performance.
- Financial management skills including general finance and budgeting
- Interpersonal and communication skills required to grow relationships with team members and stakeholders and deal with issues of a sensitive nature.
- Possession of a current driver's licence, reliable motor vehicle and comprehensive insurance.
- Willing and able to obtain Baseline Security Clearance from the Australian Government
