**About the Role**

As a 1st Year Electrical Apprentice, you'll:

- Work with experienced electricians, roofers, and solar installers on real job sites — not just sweeping floors
- Assist with rough-ins, fit-offs, solar installs, and battery storage systems
- Learn how to read plans, run cables, install equipment, and troubleshoot issues
- Gain practical skills on residential, commercial, and new-build projects
- Be trained in safety, compliance, and industry standards from day one
- Grow into a fully licensed electrician with solar and battery expertise

**About You**
- You are a Junior. (under 21 years old)
- You're ready to start your 1st Year Electrical Apprenticeship (or just started)
- Genuinely interested in solar energy, renewables, and electrical work
- Keen to learn, show up on time, and commit to your trade
- Comfortable working at heights and on roofs (or willing to be trained)
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Driver's license and reliable transport
