Australia Migas Apprentices & Trainees Full time

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are currently seeking 3rd year electrical apprentices who have a genuine passion for electrical work and are wanting the chance to broaden their skills and experience with our client **Roadtek** located in **Hemmant, Brisbane**. The client is happy to look at 2nd year apprentices as well. The role will focus on the maintenance, and installation of road lighting, traffic signals and ITS devices and the **roles will be for night shift with a roster that completes a 9.5 hour shift from Monday to Thursday night each week.**

Previous experience in a similar type of role would be advantageous however isn't necessary as the roles will suit electricians who are looking for something different in their apprentice in order to gain a wide variety of skills. You must have excellent safety awareness as you will potentially be working around or near roads and energised electrical installations.

Completing this **A**pprenticeship **will give you the opportunity to become a qualified Electrician and complete your **Certificate III in Electrotechnology **(**UEE30820)***

Ideally you will have:

- Excellent communication skills
- Previous domestic and industrial electrical exp ideal
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Current drivers licence P Plate min with MR or HR Truck licence ideal
- White Card
- Ability to successfully pass a Pre-employment medical
